Are based on 7 guests. Please calculate per every additional guest, per night:

Bed Linen
Cool cotton. Mandatory per person per stay. Your beds will be made upon arrival. For stays longer than 2 weeks there is a mandatory bed linen change at 17,50 per person

To be paid 3 weeks before your stay. Will be returned to your account within 3 weeks after the rental period

Guest Information
Changeover day
On Saturday during High Season. Guests have access to the Gîte from 4 PM on arrival date and check-put 10 AM on the day of departure. In Low Season we are happy to be flexible where possible i.e. amount of nights and/or your day of arrival
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack, incl. a bottle of Burgundy wine, water, fresh bread, coffee and tea, a jar of delicious Morvan confiture, the House Manual, and 'Things to do-folder' are waiting for you on the kitchen table.
Baby Facilities
Children welcome: 2 High chairs, a folding baby cot with accessories, changing table with changing pillow, a microwave, plastic kitchen utensils, hand mixer, freezer, various garden blankets, and (bath) toys. All are included in the rental price. The high chair(s) and baby cot are available on request.
The Grey TV Room
With adjoining WC. This second living area is ideal as a children's play area. The cupboard is filled with family games and toys. Flatscreen TV and DVD player.
Personal (bath) Towels
Please bring your own.
